Noilly Prat aperitif and oysters

One must do what the locals do. Marseillan is the home of Noilly Prat and of oysters.

Now this is living!

    1. Oh they were delicious – made by TC, he topped them with garlic, parsley, parmesan and cream, then grilled. They don’t need much cream.

      The Noilly Prat (Original Dry) served chilled with a twist of orange zest, makes a perfect aperitif, and goes well with seafood 🙂
